Dr.Dawn KusinskiOwner/Clinical Psychologist
I’m a clinical psychologist who’s been working with individuals, couples, and families for more than 20 years. My practice has offices in both Channahon and Mokena, where I help people navigate life’s challenges with honesty, compassion, and practical tools that truly make a difference.
Over the years, I’ve worked in schools, hospitals, clinics, and private practice—each experience giving me a deeper understanding of how stress, relationships, and transitions can affect our emotional health. I work most often with anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns, as well as the many changes that come with different stages of life.
I also have a special place in my heart for helping parents and families—especially single parents, those going through divorce, or families learning to blend. These transitions can bring both beauty and strain, and I believe therapy can be a space to strengthen connection and resilience through it all.
Other areas of focus include ADHD, mood and adjustment disorders, and the emotional impact of change. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and rooted in helping clients feel seen, understood, and equipped to move forward.

Ms.Stephanie KozlowskiMarriage & Family Therapist
I believe everyone’s journey is unique and deserves to be told. As a marriage and Family Therapist, I will meet you where you are at to help navigate what is not working for you. While helping clients reach their goals, my goal is to help make the therapy process a positive and helpful tool for my clients in their everyday life. I have years of experience working with men, women, children, marriages and families who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, loss, ODD, OCD, ADHD, intimacy issues, affairs, abuse, co-parenting and behaviors. I have additional training in the area of family studies and crisis intervention.
The thought of therapy can be different and even scary. However, my guess is if you’re here, you are wanting something to be different. My goal is to help you explore that different. Let’s face it, we can all be flawed and still be pretty fabulous. I am excited to work with you and be part of your journey.

Ms.Jeannine HasenfangLCSWLicensed Clinical Social Worker
Many of the individuals I work with have experienced trauma and are struggling with PTSD, anxiety, or depression. They often feel overwhelmed and disconnected, wanting to heal and regain control over their lives. Their goals are to feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward with confidence and personal growth.
I specialize in trauma-informed care, using EMDR therapy to help clients process trauma and reduce distress. I also support those dealing with anxiety and depression. My approach is warm, compassionate, and deeply collaborative, prioritizing trust and safety to foster healing and personal growth.
I know how challenging it can be to navigate life’s difficulties on your own, and it’s okay to ask for help. You don’t have to carry the weight of it all alone. Together, we can take small, meaningful steps toward healing and reclaiming your peace. I’m here to support you, and when you’re ready, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.

Ms.Wanda PerkinsLCSWLicensed Clinical Social Worker
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my priority is meeting clients where they are and providing the type of support needed to assist them with overcoming challenges. For the past 18 years, I have worked with children and their families to seek solutions to social, behavioral, and emotional issues that impact the home and school environment. One of my primary goals is to equip children and their parents with the tools needed to be successful in any situation or environment.
I am also licensed as school social worker. With that being said, I have abundant experience working with children and families who struggle with a multitude of personal and academic issues. Some of these issues include attention disorders, impulsivity, building meaningful relationships with others, anxiety, emotional disabilities, stress/anger management, and helping families connect.
I create an atmosphere that is nonjudgmental and where others feel welcomed and supported throughout their healing process.
