    Natalie Bjorklund
    MA/LPC
    Therapist

Most of my work has been with the child and adolescent population. When working with this population, I have helped them learn identify, express and cope with their emotions. I have also helped them learn how to be assertive, understand and implement healthy boundaries as well as healthy versus unhealthy relationships and much more. I have also worked closely with the parents to help them learn how to connect with their child to reduce conflict. The majority of my clients have struggled with anxiety, depression, PTSD as well as various other issues.

Therapy can be scary, so I try to make it a safe place to be open and vulnerable without judgement. I am very creative in my approach with therapy and I utilize your strengths, interests as well as your personality. Sand-tray/sand-play, art, music, narrative and mindfulness therapy are just some of the techniques I offer.

Asking for help can be very difficult, so the fact that you are on this website shows real courage and strength.I take a client-centered approach meaning you are in control of what you want to work on.
