Here at Kusinski and Associates we work primarily with insurance,  however we also accept direct pay with cash or check if the patient wishes to not use insurance.  The following are the accepted PPO insurance providers:

• Optum
• Tricare
• Insurance cards need to be presented before your first appointment in order to be  verified.
